About me
Noel began her career in education teaching English in city, rural, and career technical districts for 8 years. She transitioned to Student Services at the Scioto County Career Technical Center serving as a school counselor and testing coordinator for four years. This summer, in addition to her current roles in the district, she is adding EMIS Coordinator and HEI Administrator to her responsibilities. Noel holds a BA in English Education, a MEd in Curriculum and Instruction, and a MS in School Counseling. She resides in Scioto County with her husband and three sons.
